Supporting a child with dyslexia, autism, ADHD, anxiety or other additional needs takes a lot out of you. The appointments, the forms, the meltdowns, the worrying at night. This is a small corner of Mooki just for you: simple 15-minute calm moments to help you take a breath and refill your cup.

“I just needed to let myself stop for a bit. No excuses, just some time for me. I got that.”

— Jess

Why your calm matters

Children, especially children who find the world overwhelming, look to the adults around them to work out whether they’re safe. When you’re calm, it’s easier for them to settle. When you’re frazzled, they feel that too. Looking after yourself isn’t selfish. It’s part of looking after them.

You don’t need an hour or a spa day. Fifteen minutes of something small and kind is enough to start.

And for your child

Mooki Cards give you simple, friendly ways to help your child with dyslexia, autism, ADHD, speech and language, anxiety and dyscalculia. Starter packs are free until 31 January with the code HELPEVERYCHILD.
